Our Story

The antidote to the volume model.

Too much of the Gold Coast has been built to a formula: investment-grade apartments sold in bulk, specifications value-engineered after exchange, and buyers treated as a number the moment they sign.

Anjos exists to do the opposite. We develop deliberately few residences in pioneering beachfront positions, to a specification that appreciates over decades — and we treat every buyer as a partner throughout the entire journey. Anjos was founded by Jason O'Maonaigh, whose name is on every decision. Alongside him, Senior Project Manager Allan Robbs brings the construction discipline that delivers each project on specification and on time — with private capital, financial stability, and full control over quality.
